Working time control is an important element of any efficiently operating company. Unfortunately, the traditional solution of paper and pen can cause many mistakes. Of course, oversights can occur both on the part of the employee and the employer himself. There are many work time control systems available on the market. Thanks to the development of technology and IT, we are able to resign from traditional methods of working time control, and to minimize human errors. The RCP system, i.e. the Work Time Registration System, allows us to automatically register and calculate the time a given employee spent in the company.
How does the RCP system work?
The working time control system does not use the classic paper and pen in its operation. Instead, we use a reader, a unique employee identification element and software to operate the system. Most often, the employee is identified by applying cards, tags or proximity tags to the reader. Biometric readers are also available on the market. Thanks to them, the employee can be verified using a fingerprint or facial biometric reading.
The entire system can be planned so that only after punching off the card the employee is able to open, for example, the entrance door, social room or office. Combining the RCP system with access control means that the employee does not have to to register at a specific isolated point.
All information regarding the employee's working time is stored safely in the terminal's memory or on the server. Access to the data is possible at any time by connecting to the manufacturer's software.

The working time recording system allows you to view data on an ongoing basis and create reports and summaries. Reports can be generated automatically, which facilitates the employee settlement process.
Possibility of quick configuration
RCP systems allow for remote configuration of the work schedule. Changes introduced in the company can be updated on an ongoing basis to the RCP system.
