The b2b.promitel.pl platform offers a wide range of products in the field of video surveillance, CCTV, and alarm systems. The Platform’s purpose is to streamline all stages of concluding transactions—from selecting products and checking their availability, through placing orders, to presenting documents related to the transaction.

Registration on the Platform constitutes consent to the processing of personal data by Promitel sp. z o.o. sp. k, ul. Katowicka 16b, 41-500 Chorzów for the purpose of promoting its own products and fulfilling orders placed in the online store.

We inform you that the controller of the collected personal data is Promitel sp. z o.o. sp. k, ul. Katowicka 16b, 41-500 Chorzów. Data can be deleted, changed, or transferred by sending an e-mail to our DPO at biuro@promitel.pl from the address to which the consent applies. We inform you that you are not subject to profiling. Your data will not be transferred outside the EEA nor made available to international organizations.

Contractors using the platform have unlimited time- and location-independent access to the current offer, can place orders at a convenient time, and obtain necessary information about products, order statuses, and delivery times.

Registration on the Sales Platform, as well as the use of the functionalities of the B2B Sales Platform, are free of charge. The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for concluding transactions on the b2b.promitel.pl platform:
• Making purchases via promitel.pl requires the user’s browser to accept cookie files.
• After registering and activating a customer account on the b2b.promitel.pl Sales Platform, each login is performed using the data provided in the registration form.
• To delete a Customer account from the b2b.promitel.pl Sales Platform, please send an e-mail requesting account deletion to biuro@promitel.pl
• The service operates on a properly configured Internet Explorer, Mozilla Forefox, Google Chrome, or another updated and properly configured browser.
• Prices of products indicated on the websites of the b2b.promitel.pl Sales Platform:
a) do not include VAT and are provided in Polish zloty;
b) do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs depend on the method of delivering the product to the Customer, the value, and the size of the order, and are provided when the Customer selects the delivery method. The total order cost (i.e., product prices together with delivery costs) is indicated in the cart before the Customer places the order.
The Company reserves the right to make ongoing changes to product prices and to conduct and cancel all types of promotional campaigns and sales. The authorization referred to in the preceding sentence does not affect orders placed before the date on which the change in price, promotional terms, or sales comes into effect.

Promotions on the b2b.promitel.pl Sales Platform cannot be combined unless the regulations of a given promotion state otherwise.
• The order can be collected in person at the Promitel headquarters at no additional charge. The order can also be delivered to the address indicated by the Ordering Party via the DPD courier company for an appropriate fee. Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. are processed on the same day, with a delivery time of 1–2 business days. If the goods are not available in the warehouse or from the supplier, the time and terms of fulfillment are determined individually.
• For the purchased goods, Promitel issues an electronic VAT invoice based on the data obtained during login. If the customer wishes to receive a paper invoice, the seller must be informed.
• Payment for the purchased goods is made within the period specified on the invoice, resulting from arrangements between both parties regarding deferred payment.
• It is possible to change or cancel an order by e-mail from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and on Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
• Products offered on the b2b.promitel.pl platform come with the manufacturer’s warranty; the warranty period is 36 months, unless the information for a given product states otherwise.
• The right to file a complaint also applies to a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity, when the content of this agreement shows that it does not have a professional character for that person, in particular resulting from the subject of the business activity performed by that person, made available on the basis of provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG).
• Complaints should be submitted in person or in writing and are considered within 3 days; if the repair requires more time, the customer will be informed. The basis for considering a complaint is the presentation of a document confirming the purchase of the goods in the online store. Products damaged mechanically or due to improper use are not covered by the warranty. If the complaint is accepted, a new item is sent to the Ordering Party to replace the one not in accordance with the order.
• The Company is not responsible for extended delivery time or lack of delivery due to the Customer providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
• Promitel provides service for the sold devices within 10 days from the date of notification.
• Promitel reserves that it does not accept cash-on-delivery shipments sent to it without prior arrangement.

Information on the right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the concluded agreement in writing without giving any reason within fourteen days from the date of concluding the agreement, on the basis of the Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended). In the event of written withdrawal from the agreement, the Client is obliged to return the goods within fourteen days. The authorization referred to above also applies to a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity, when the content of this agreement shows that it does not have a professional character for that person, in particular resulting from the subject of the business activity performed by that person, made available on the basis of provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG)..
In the event of exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

As part of our operations, we collect and process the following personal data of Customers:

  • First and last name
  • Delivery address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address

This data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, customer service, and marketing purposes, if the Customer gives consent.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations, and Customers have the right to access their data (in electronic form), to rectify, delete, or restrict processing.

The Customer may choose the following forms of payment for the ordered Goods:

Cash on delivery, BLIK payments, payment card, electronic transfer via the external payment system imoje, operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A. with its registered office in Katowice.

When choosing prepayment within the "iMoje" payment system, the customer may receive in the cart an additional discount on selected products, excluding Satel brand products.
