Description
The XVR5108HE-I3 digital video recorder from Dahua's WizSense series has been designed to provide surveillance solutions for small analog systems. The device is equipped with the latest AI technology and deep learning algorithm, which allows for greater accuracy in detecting people and vehicles. It is able to handle 8 channels with different HD-CVI/HD-TVI/AHD/CVBS/IP cameras along with four additional channels of IP cameras for up to 12 IP channels simultaneously. Captured video can be stored on a 10TB hard drive, and AI Coding compression technology also reduces storage and bandwidth requirements by up to 50% compared to H.265.
XVR5108HE-I3 is the highest class security system that offers excellent solutions in the field of supervision and safety. Equipped with advanced video compression H.265+/H.265 Dual-Stream, this system supports HDCVI/AHD/TVI/CVBS/IP video inputs, up to 12 channels of IP camera and up to 64 Mbps of incoming bandwidth. It also contains Perimeter Protection, SMD Plus and Human Face Recognition functions, as well as IoT & POS functions. Thanks to this system, you can ensure maximum security and peace of mind.
Data archiving on the recorder
The device allows you to store recordings from monitoring on one hard disk located inside the recorder. When choosing a disk, make sure that its capacity does not exceed 10tb. Records are also possible using a USB port. It allows you to connect capacious external disk, DVD recorder or miniature flash drive portable memory. An additional form of archiving of recordings is the ability to transfer files from the recorder through the network to a local hard disk in the computer.
Web-based management
The Dahua recorder has been designed so that the configuration and administration of the device is trouble-free, even for novice users. Navigation, a new display and changes in settings meet current expectations and make it possible for both installers and end users to easily adapt the monitoring system to their specific requirements. In addition, since the main menu is based on the Linux operating system, it ensures high stability and reliability of the system.
Modern AI Coding Compression
With a view to continuous technological development, and especially the improvement of the functionality of artificial AI intelligence in HD high resolution analog systems, Dahua has introduced a modern video compression method called AI Coding into the HDCVI 6.0 recorders. When coding, the new AI Coding system puts a lot of emphasis on man or vehicle, significantly improving the quality of video streaming compared to the H.265 compression (up to 50%). In addition, AI Coding compression allows for a radical reduction in the use of bandwidth and limiting the requirements for data space.
Multi-system technology
The presented recorder belongs to modern multi -system devices. The Dahua product has been adapted to work in Analog HD systems (TVI, CVI, AHD), CVBS and IP, thanks to this solution, the user receives a complete device, which is not only very universal, but also allows for a significant reduction in installation costs and a simple adaptation to already existing monitoring systems. The integration of many products and technologies in one system is a huge advantage in terms of system compatibility and convenience for users and installers.
AI functions in Dahua recorders
AI analog recorders from the Wozsense series use the most advanced artificial intelligence technologies, including a deep learning algorithm directed mainly to vehicles and people, which ensures greater flexibility and accuracy for end users. In addition to ordinary registration, AI technology allows devices to distinguish objects and respond better to events.
P2P - Direct access to the recorder
The XVR recorder allows you to instantly establish a direct connection to the computer or with a mobile device (iOS or Android). The advantage of this solution is to obtain remote access not only to the device with a public IP address, but also to the XVR located in the private network without the need for complex configurations.
Digital image enlargement
The function is used with the need to bring a given fragment of the displayed or played recording to obtain a more detailed preview. Through this function, strict supervision over priority areas in a given security zone is possible.
Privacy masks
Privacy zones are free -configurable image areas excluded from monitoring. Thanks to the private mask system, it is possible to record an image with respect for the right to privacy of third parties.
HDCVI-IoT Support
HDCVI-IOT is a comprehensive system connecting a video, audio and data with information from sensors such as temperature, humidity, alarms. It allows you to warn about a potential threat in time, and in addition the operator can visually verify a given alarm.
Integration with cash registers (POS 2.0)
We have access to sales data and the buyer's profile on an ongoing basis. The combination of fiscal data and data from the system implemented in DAHUA cameras analyzing the content of the image allows you to obtain information on the number of customers, the number of transactions or service efficiency.
Support for 5MP 16:9 cameras
The XVR DAHUA registration is easily supported by Analog HD cameras with a resolution of 2880x1620 (5MP 16: 9).
Perimeter protection
The main task of the perimeter protection function is to detect the intruder in the event of exceeding a specific line or entering the protected area. The Deep Learning recorder distinguishes objects violating the controlled area, e.g. a tree from a car or a man from an animal. In addition, the device sends an alarm when the undesirable event is detected.
Face detection
Facial detection allows you to automatically detect faces in digital images or video streams. For this purpose, AI Dahua recorder uses advanced deep learning algorithms, which previously processed a large number of data sources in the training process. This allows for effective and rapid analytics even in adverse conditions.
Face recognition
The face recognition function is used to determine whether faces are present in a given frame. Each face model is compared with the database saved and stored in the database for identification. In addition, the function can support vision systems on identifying important clients, working time control, access control, guests management and others.
Smart Motion Detection Plus (SMD+)
Thanks to the intelligent algorithm, Dahua Smart Motion Detection technology can determine and categorize the goals that trigger traffic detection and filter side objects. In this way, the amount of false alarms is reduced to a minimum.
AI smart search
The function allows searching according to metadata people and vehicles. Supports the transmission of facial photos to the IVSS recorder and comparing them with registered faces in similarity. The AI IVSS server allows operators to quickly and easily search many channels and a long time to find effectively when and where the person sought appeared.
Video outputs
The recorder is equipped with a video output in the HDMI standard and a VGA connector, where the displayed image reaches a maximum resolution of 1920 × 1080.
USB Ports
The recorder has 2 USB ports (1 port on the front panel + 1 port on the back). They are used to connect external devices that increase functionality and facilitate daily system operation.
Dahua ToolBox
Dahua ToolBox serves as a medium for distributing various applications such as Smart PSS and ConfigTool, which allow users to configure and update the CCTV system, both locally and remotely.

ConfigTool
ConfigTool is a user-friendly program for examining, configuring and correcting Dahua devices.
It is especially useful for setting access passwords and restoring them to default values.
The tool allows you to quickly locate IPC cameras and recorders (NVR, XVR) in the network based on their MAC address.
Smart PSS
Dahua's SmartPSS (Professional Surveillance System) application is a convenient software designed to work with analog digital recorders, network NVRs, IP megapixel cameras, IP video doorbells, SVR storage devices and other DAHUA devices that have a built-in network interface.
This application can handle up to 1000 connections and allows remote control of the recorder, enabling both real-time monitoring of camera images and modification of setting options.
In addition, SmartPSS is available in many languages, including Polish.
Thanks to its flexible configuration and user-friendliness, this software is widely used in small and medium-sized surveillance projects.
DSS Express
DSS Express is a convenient VMS program that can be configured on a PC or server.
This program is beneficial for people who need a basic system of operation and video surveillance for closed-circuit television.
It can be expanded by purchasing additional licenses, providing the user with access control, VDP systems and alarm devices.

DSS Pro
The DSS Pro system is an extremely reliable, regulated and large-scale central administration system.

DMSS
DMSS (Dahua Mobile Security Surveillance) is a mobile application designed for users and installers to manage remote monitoring via smartphones or tablets.
It allows for remote control of Dahua Technology devices (IP cameras, IP video intercoms, XVR/NVR recorders, access controllers, alarm control panels), viewing videos, PTZ control, audio support, taking snapshots and recording monitoring materials.
The application also allows you to add devices and favorite channels to the lists, remotely play recordings and send notifications when alarms are triggered.
