The IPC-HFW1431S-S4 is an affordable entry series bullet camera suitable for high definition video systems. It is equipped with a 1/3" 4MP image sensor and a low-illumination HD CMOS sensor, allowing it to record videos at a resolution of 2688x1520. Web-based management
Order, programming settings and operation of the DAHUA camera takes place with the help of a clear and transparent device management program (Web Server), which is available from the web browser. With the help of an intuitive program menu, not only camera test and current preview of the recorded image are possible, but it is also possible to set advanced parameters and the function of the device.
Illuminator IR

WDR - Extended dynamic range
The WDR function allows you to get a transparent and detailed image, thanks to the skilful leveling of both too bright and darkened fragments of the recording. Thanks to the WDR system, it is possible to maintain the readability of the entire monitoring in places with a varied lighting level of the observed scene.
BLC - Backlight compensation
The function allows you to eliminate the resulting effect when the camera is directed towards a strong light source, i.e. when the first plan becomes dark and not legible. Compensation consists in brightening the first plan, unfortunately also at the expense of the background, which also becomes brighter. Generally, the function improves image quality.
HLC - High light compensation
The algorithm detects image points that are strongly lit and then masks them enabling effective observation. HLC mode is extremely useful when observing underground parking lots. It allows you to read the license plates numbers that are covered with "bright stains" from the headlights.
Smart lighting function
The intelligent lighting function allows you to change basic image parameters, such as exhibition, contrast or brightness. The signal processor analyzes the image on an ongoing basis and immediately after detecting the x -ray reduces the power of the infrared illuminator. Thus, the image becomes more pronounced and the x -rays disappear.
RoI - Region of Interest
The Region of Interest system allows you to increase the quality of the recorded image in fragments of the observed scene indicated by the user. Thanks to the Roi function, economic recording of recordings and saving the total video files with the original image quality in priority areas is real.
Privacy masks
Using the characteristics of the camera with the function of privacy zones, it is real to adapt the method of functioning of the observation system to the spatial specificity and safety requirements of a specific installation site. Thanks to the privacy mask system, it is possible to freely determine the image fragments that will be excluded from the video supervision.
Powered by PoE technology
Power Over Ethernet is a solution developed with a view to carrying out quick and uncomplicated assembly of network devices and comfortable equipment operation and easy installation modernization. Thanks to PoE support in the 802.3af standard, connecting an IP camera will be real using the popular UTP computer pair. Saving the total number of cables necessary to start the device improves the monitoring system and allows the camera to be located away from traditional network power sources.
Support H.265 compression and Smart codec
The latest H.265 compression provides 40-50% savings in the field of bandwidth and memory. H265 coding uses advanced technology to improve the ratio between the size of the stream and the quality of the image.
