This makes it possible to see even the smallest details of what is happening with the product and whether it has gone to its intended place and whether it has not been stolen or omitted.

We also have the option of configuring the search and displaying reports using standard or custom criteria. The result of the search are receipts in the form of a list. This allows you to watch the recording associated with a given account, print the list or save it to a file. The default search criteria are, among others: returns, list of products, sum to be paid, number of products on the account, discount amount, product weight and many others. Highlighting receipt keywords makes it easier to analyze product or event monitoring. We specify the keyword, which will then be highlighted when it appears on the fiscal bill. The text entered can be the name of the product or any other word that interests us. This feature dramatically improves productivity and operator response time during monitoring. The use of such technology minimizes losses thanks to the scenarios of the security system implementation for potentially dangerous events.

The web reporting system is another feature that AxxonSoft offers. Viewing reports using a web browser is a convenient solution that allows us to check reports wherever we have access to the Internet. Reports are displayed in a convenient to read form of events, information about events, e.g. cash register number, transaction date and time, store number, cashier's name and others. Next to the table, a recording of the selected event is displayed along with the content of the bill. We have the ability to freely configure the columns according to your needs. Reports can be generated according to many criteria, e.g. for a specific cashier, cash register or a given monitoring operator, and filtered in many respects, e.g. irregularities such as canceling a receipt or intentionally changing the number of items on a receipt, etc. We have access to information about violations linked to specific actions of a given employee. We can print or email the video excerpt and information from the bill that interest us.

Queue length detection is a tool used to assess the load on customer service points. The detection function is based on video information received from a camera aimed at the place where the queue is formed. It allows you to optimize the staff's work schedule and, if necessary, helps to make the right decisions when planning the store space and determine the necessary number of necessary cash terminals. Thanks to the queue detection function, we have the opportunity to increase customer satisfaction. Detailed analysis allows us to manage human resources in the long term based on the collected data in specific periods of time, seasons or days of the week.

Heat maps are used to determine the most frequently visited parts of the store. They give us information about what exactly attracts the customer's attention in the case of promotions, decor, advertisements, products, exhibitions or stands. We have the ability to analyze the places and frequency of the customer's stops at given points of the store. This allows you to determine the effectiveness of current marketing activities and calculate the return on investment of a given ad. Thanks to the analysis of heat maps, we can plan future marketing strategies and optimize sales even more effectively. Heat maps are also useful for optimizing store space based on the information collected about the most populated areas of the store and help eliminate the least visited zones. They also allow for conducting comparative analyses, e.g. the effectiveness of displaying the same product in different places of the store. The information obtained on the distribution of goods, organization of shop space or promotional activities can be used at other points of sale of a given retail chain.

Counting visitors is a system for analyzing traffic in our store. This function allows you to determine the peak hours of visits, and thus optimize the operation of the entire store. With the help of visitor detection, we are able to plan marketing activities more effectively, conduct visitor measurement and analyze it according to our own needs. Reports on visit statistics will facilitate the steady planning of long-term and short-term goals. Of course, we care about the comfort and convenience of the client. In the case of ”rush hour” we can optimize the work of staff so that, for example, there are no queues at the cash registers and the bread is fresh. We can also use the data obtained to determine the sales conversion rate.

Intellect Lite unlike Retail Intellect is the perfect solution for small or medium facilities. It is limited to a maximum of 4 servers with 64 cameras each. It is a simplified version of Intellect Retail retaining its existing functionality in an attractive price range.
