The Dahua PFS3226-24ET-240 PoE switch is an economical way to build IP surveillance systems. It is equipped with 24 RJ45 10/100Mbps ports, which have PoE 802.3af/at technology and two RJ45 Uplink 1 Gbps shared ports (Combo) with two slots for SFP inserts. The switch complies with IEEE 802.3af, IEEE 802.3at and Hi-PoE standards (on the first two ports), and the total PoE budget for connected devices is 240W. Other features include PoE Watchdog, port isolation, QoS for VIP ports, and 250m long distance mode support. The LEDs on the front panel show the operating status of the device. Support for SFP modules


A characteristic feature of Switch Dahua are the built-in 2 Combo Uplink ports, consisting of the RJ-45 ports working in parallel and SFP ports. SFP sockets allow the use of a switch in modern monitoring systems that use high -pass fiber optic networks to transmit data. To connect the switch to a fiber optic network, it is necessary to use the appropriate SFP module. It should be remembered that the corresponding RJ-45 and SFP sockets work in parallel. If the transmission takes place around the SFP port, then the RJ-45 port is turned off and vice versa.

Smart PoE ports


The device uses twenty-four POE ports, each of which allows the power supply to power with a power consumption not exceeding 30W (the exception are the first 2 ports with Hi-POE service support, which can provide power of up to 60W). An additional advantage of Switch Poe Dahua is the function associated with the intelligent protective mechanism, which regulates power consumption at the time of overload. If all powered devices exceed the value of 240W, the switch automatically disconnect the communication port with the lowest priority. This solution will protect the installation from overloading and protect the proper and uninterrupted functioning of the remaining equipment.
