Description
PFS4210-8GT-DP-V2 from Dahua is a managed gigabit PoE switch, which is designed for use in IP surveillance systems. It is equipped with 8 RJ45 1 Gbps ports with support for PoE 802.3af/at technology and two ports for SFP inserts. This industrial switch complies with IEEE 802.3af, IEEE 802.3at and Hi-PoE/802.3bt standards, and the total PoE power budget for connected devices is 120W. It is a layer 2 management device with a console interface through which the user can fully customize individual ports and their functions. It also has a relay output, after pairing with the appropriate device and appropriate configuration, which will send an alarm in the event of a power failure or network connection failure. The switch has also been designed in an aesthetic, universal housing.

Thanks to the extensive features of the second layer, including VLAN 802.1Q support, Mirroring Ports, STP/RSTP/MSTP, port aggregation and 802.3x flow control function, the latest version of the PFS4210-8GT-DP switches offers even greater possibilities. The IgMP Snooping function allows you to intelligently direct multicast streams to specific subscribers, and IgMP Filtering functions effectively limit unauthorized access to multicast transmission.
