PRIVACY POLICY
According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection), Promitel spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Chorzów informs:
1. The administrator of your personal data is Promitel spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office at: ul. Katowicka 16b, 41-500 Chorzow.
2. Your personal data will be processed in order to: conclude and/or perform the contract / order / order with Promitel sp. z oo sp. k.
3. Processing of the provided data: it is necessary to perform the contract to which the data subject is a party (Article 6(1)(b

5. The data will be made available to the following categories of data recipients (external entities):
a. professional entities providing accounting services, in order to fulfill the tax obligations imposed on us as an employer.
b. professional entities providing legal services in order to fulfill legal obligations arising from the contract between us.
c. professional entities providing IT services, in order to fulfill obligations in the field of IT security.
d. contractors for the purposes of concluding and implementing contracts, to the extent falling within the scope of your contractual obligations.
6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
7. Your data will not be subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling, referred to in art. 22 sec. 1 and 4 GDPR.
8. The data will be stored for the period of: 6 months from the response to the submitted inquiry, if the contract has not been concluded; if there was a conclusion for the duration of the contract, as well as for the period of limitation of civil law claims arising from this contract, i.e. 3 years from the date on which the contract was terminated or expired, taking into account the expiry of the warranty / guarantee period.
9. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
10. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
11. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
NEWSLETTER - INFORMATION CLAUSE OF THE GDPR
According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection), Promitel spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Chorzów informs:
1. The administrator of your personal data is Promitel spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office at: ul. Katowicka 16b, 41-500 Chorzow.
2. Your data will be processed in order to:
a) provision of electronic services by the Administrator within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, as amended), consisting in sending a newsletter by the Administrator - on the basis of a separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),
b) conducting direct marketing - pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR,
c) conducting marketing and promotional activities - on the basis of a separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), d
) sending commercial information by electronic means in accordance with Art. 10 sec. 2 of the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, as amended) - based on a separate consent,
use telecommunications terminal equipment and automatic calling systems for direct marketing purposes in accordance with art. 172 of the Act of July 16, 2004 Telecommunications Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907, as amended) - based on the consent granted;
3. personal data will not be transferred to other recipients;
4. Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or object to data processing (which will also occur as a result of terminating the contract for the provision of electronic services consisting in sending a newsletter) - in cases of processing your personal data on the basis of a separate consent to sending a newsletter or conducting marketing activities or on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. e or f GDPR, including for direct marketing purposes;
5. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but required to send the newsletter, and failure to provide data will result in the inability to receive the newsletter from the Administrator;
6. The administrator does not process your personal data using tools for automated decision-making, including profiling;
7. You have the right to request the Administrator to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit the processing of this data or transfer it;
8. You have the right to object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, while the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
9. If it is considered that the processing of personal data by the Administrator violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
PASSWORD RESET REGULATIONS FOR HIKVISION DEVICES
1. Promitel Sp. z o. o. sp. k. with its registered office at ul. Katowicka 16b, 41-500 Chorzów, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider, provides the administrator password reset service for Hikvision devices.
2. The Service Provider undertakes to review and reset the password on Hikvision devices based on a completed form on the website reset.promitel.pl by a person hereinafter referred to as the Applicant. The service is provided only on business days, and the service may take up to 24 hours.
3. The Service Provider reserves the right not to consider the password reset data sent to him in a different way than described on the reset.promitel.pl website and through this website.
4. The Service Provider reserves the right not to meet the password reset deadline in the event of legal restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, including the dates of external services, as well as changes to the policy and conditions specified by the Producer.
5. The Service Provider is not responsible for the effects of the reset procedure. The above notification does not include the right to demand reimbursement of lost benefits in connection with password reset, and in particular does not include compensation for loss of time, temporary inability to use the goods, inconvenience and related to the occurrence of warranty claims, inconvenience or costs. The Service Provider is not responsible for damages caused by the person performing the reset of the password on the part of the Reporting Party.
6. The applicant takes full responsibility for the data entrusted to him as a result of gaining access to devices with administrator rights, including sensitive data understood under the provisions of the GDPR.
7. As a rule, the Service Provider performs a password reset on Hikvision devices free of charge, as part of the warranty, however, it reserves the right to charge the Applicant with the costs of the password reset service specified in the service price list in the service request regulations available at the address Regulations .
COOKIES POLICY
- The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.
- Cookie files are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the user of promitel.pl and subdomains jointly referred to as the Website and are intended for using the Website pages. Cookies contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
- The entity placing cookies on the Website User's end device and accessing them is the operator of the Website Promitel Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. based in Chorzów, according to the data in the Contact tab.
